Executive Search Recruiter

A leading real estate firm are looking for an Executive Search Recruiter to join their team. This is a newly created role, working across a global remit and reporting into the Head of Global Talent Acquisition. This role will have a focus on building a diverse and sustainable pipeline of executive level candidates. As Executive Search Recruiter, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Sourcing high calibre candidates for existing vacancies and creating pipelines for future opportunities, via networking, research and direct sourcing
  • Providing a high-level candidate experience whilst supporting the firm's diversity & inclusion initiatives
  • Managing the shortlisting, candidate feedback, offer negotiation and contract processes
  • Working with Head of Global Talent Acquisition to understand job requirements in order to create pipelines of suitable candidates
  • Acting as candidate liaison throughout the hiring process
  • Developing internal relationships across the wider Talent Acquisition team, keeping stakeholders updated throughout the recruitment process and collaborating across business lines and regions
  • Posting vacancies on various job boards
  • Ensuring corporate and legal requirements are met

As Executive Search Recruiter, you will possess:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong track record of direct sourcing, networking and headhunting
  • Ideally experience working with large, matrix organisations
