Responsible for:

  • Spearheading Early Careers recruitment cycle: from conceptualization to execution.
  • Orchestrating all facets of the summer internship program, including planning and implementation.
  • Collaborating with business leaders and Head of TA to determine optimal cohort headcount.
  • Ensuring equitable and diverse representation in hiring decisions.
  • Overseeing the seamless onboarding experience for interns and new hires on their first day.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in recruitment or project management.
  • Flexibility for travel as needed.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across organizational levels.
