Responsible for:
- Spearheading Early Careers recruitment cycle: from conceptualization to execution.
- Orchestrating all facets of the summer internship program, including planning and implementation.
- Collaborating with business leaders and Head of TA to determine optimal cohort headcount.
- Ensuring equitable and diverse representation in hiring decisions.
- Overseeing the seamless onboarding experience for interns and new hires on their first day.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in recruitment or project management.
- Flexibility for travel as needed.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for effective collaboration.
