Oakleaf Partnership is representing a prestigious Investment Bank with a fantastic reputation for looking after its employees. They are looking for an Interim Talent Solutions Specialist to lead a full range of assessments, providing expert advice and developing/embedding the Bank’s global assessment strategy. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a broad range of projects such as talent development, succession planning, managing performance and potential and ED&I. What is the role

You will be working with a range of senior stakeholders to provide qualified, best practice, expert advice and guidance on assessment solutions and evaluating their success both independently and with third party vendors. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Bank is making effective assessment related decisions, both now and in the future. You will get involved with commissioning new assessment solutions, designing and implementing assessment programmes and evaluating their success. This is an end to end role, where not only you will be creating and designing the assessments, you will also be implementing these and embedding them in the business.

Skills & Experience

  • You will have significant SME in the areas of Talent, Talent Assessment and HR gained within Financial Services, Professional Services or a global matrix commercial organisation
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills and used to working in a matrix environment
  • Relevant qualifications such as MSc Occupational, Organisational, IO Psychology or equivalent
  • BPS Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing or equivalent
  • Experience with volume, specialist and executive assessment needs
  • Used to designing and implementing bespoke assessment processes and solutions for a variety of roles and levels
  • Experience in designing face to face assessments using behavioural frameworks
  • Demonstrate good technical knowledge of a range of psychometric assessments and methodologies
