Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large healthcare provider who are well-recognised across Europe. Their internal recruitment team is expanding due to growth across all areas of the UK and they are therefore recruiting for 3 x Recruiters. These roles will support clinical recruitment across all geographical areas and act as the first point of contact for all candidates and stakeholders involved in the recruitment process. Their offices are based in Bolton, and they offer hybrid working.
What is the role?
As a Recruiter for this business, you will focus on a particular geographical area within the UK and act as main point of contact throughout the recruitment process for all clinical roles. You will create pipelines, update databases, and network to develop talent pools for future roles. You will attend events and exhibitions, maintain strong knowledge of the industry, and comply with organisational procedures and legislative requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as hiring and area managers and build strong relationships with candidates. Ultimately, this is a customer-focused role so delivery of service excellence and customer care is paramount within a target-driven environment.
The successful candidate will have previous recruitment experience within an agency or internal environment and strong knowledge of recruitment processes. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with people at all levels. The role requires strong organisational skills, negotiation, and influencing skills. Experience working in a healthcare environment is desirable though not essential.
