I have just taken a really exciting opportunity with a methodically growing Australian Financial Services firm. Currently with a headcount of over 600 globally, with the vast majority being based in Aus however the next growth focus is across the Northern Hemisphere. With this growth trajectory, the recently created L&D Partner role is pivotal for the business to design & implement learning processes across these locations. Another key responsibility will be to liaise with senior stakeholders (c-suite) to ensure continuous growth and improvements in the firm’s initiatives. Open to candidates’ backgrounds, but ideally looking for someone with previous experience with global exposure an understanding of Financial Services & have up to 7 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of call for all learning and development queries across Northern Hemisphere
  • Designing and building eLearning modules and learning tools as required
  • Designing and maintaining a broader onboarding schedule
  • Providing advice on learning and development strategies to meet specific needs
  • Researching contemporary learning and development trends and providing recommendations on opportunities to provide best practice
  • Partnering with a range of stakeholders to identify business needs and tailor learning solutions
  • Supporting the L&D Associate with invitations, scheduling, logistics, and reporting for the Northern Hemisphere as required
  • Leading the annual learning needs analysis processes
  • Liaising with external training providers to identify appropriate external training solutions
  • Supporting the global L&D team with enterprise organisational development and learning programs

Skills:

  • 5 + years’ experience in L&D
  • Proven ability to create, update and maintain e-learning training programs
  • High-level computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite applications
  • Strong track record in project management
  • Awareness of organisational requirements in the provision of learning in a corporate setting
  • Solution orientated
  • Demonstrated passion for the L&D
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Global exposure
  • Experience ideally gained within a regulated environment
