Oakleaf Partnership is currently patterning with a global financial services firm based in London who are seeking an HR Officer to join their HR team.
About the role:
You will be working alongside the HR team, a team of 6, performing a well-rounded generalist HR role. Responsibilities include managing the full employee lifecycle across EMEA and APAC regions, onboarding new starters, conducting right to work checks, producing employee contracts, offboarding administration as well as supporting on an array of HR projects.
Candidate Profile / Experience:
The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of generalist HR experience and have come from a financial services or regulated background. The ideal candidate will also be a strong team player and be resilient and eager to develop and learn.
