Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are recruiting an HR Administrator on behalf of our client to join a start-up company within the sports and fintech industry.

Duties:

  • Being the first point of contact for all HR queries from all stakeholders
  • Weekly reconciliation of hours/holiday and absence
  • Schedule interviews and training sessions
  • Work with the wider HR Team and other department such as the recruitment team
  • Key data management e.g. fixed term contracts, secondments, probation periods
  • Sending out internal communication across the business
  • Managing all payroll related queries in conjunction with the Payroll Manager.
  • Raise purchase orders for the HR function
  • Manual check of payroll weekly and monthly payroll expenses
  • Running monthly reports
  • Ensure all records are accurate and up to date
