Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global insurance firm headquartered in the heart of London on a newly created Global Reward Specialist role. You will have the opportunity to closely partner with the Global Head of Reward on strategic initiatives as well as take the lead on exciting projects.
What is the role?
You will have a close interface with the business and act as a key person for all compensation, benefits and wellbeing framework for the business globally. Day to day, you will be responsible for salary and bonus reviews, all benchmarking initiatives including managing annual compensation survey submissions, manage benefit renewals as well as maintaining external stakeholder relationships with external brokers and vendors, etc.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will at least 3 years of experience within compensation and benefits. You will have ideally managed a EMEA/regional/international portfolio and come from a financial services setting.
