Front Office Talent Acquisition Specialist (Asset Management)

A highly regarded and well-established asset management firm is seeking an experienced Front Office Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a significant increase in hiring across its commercial, client-facing teams. This is a hands-on, end-to-end contract role with high visibility and strong potential for permanent conversion for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic talent partner to front office hiring managers across Client Services, Distribution, Strategic Relationships, and Institutional Markets, advising on role scoping, market availability, and hiring strategies.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-impact, revenue-aligned roles, from intake and workforce planning through sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies for front office talent, including proactive market mapping, targeted outreach, and pipeline building for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide real-time market intelligence to stakeholders, including talent availability, compensation benchmarking, competitor insights, and hiring timelines to inform decision-making.
- Own and optimize candidate pipeline management within iCIMS, ensuring accurate reporting, data integrity, and visibility into hiring progress across multiple requisitions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, delivering a high-touch, polished candidate experience that reflects the firm’s reputation in the market.
- Manage high-volume hiring while maintaining quality, prioritization, and speed in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, compensation, and business leadership to support hiring outcomes aligned with broader business growth, particularly within institutional and alternatives-focused teams.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting front office roles within Asset Management or Financial Services environments
- 8+ years of experience recruiting within top-tier financial services or asset management firms
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume and highly visible environment
- Exceptional communication skills with a high level of professionalism and polish
- Demonstrated ability to work end-to-end as an independent individual contributor
