This is an exciting opportunity where you will support the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) Senior Manager and the wider HR department to ensure the firm continues to attract, develop and value add for the 6,500+ people across the business.
This will involve engaging with stakeholders, employee networks and the broader firm, to ensure the strategy’s key pillars underline all activities across the firm, supported by the core purpose, values and behaviours.
