Oakleaf Partnership are representing a reputable investment firm based in the City of London on a newly created Compensation Analyst role. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the firm’s global cash and executive compensation initiatives.
What is the role?
You will act as the key person for all cash compensation and executive compensation exercise for the business across the globe. Day to day, you will be responsible in providing analytical support during salary and bonus reviews, participate in benchmarking with external consultants, support the team on RemCo meetings, etc.
Candidate profile/experience
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in cash compensation/executive compensation. HR professionals that are looking to specialise in Reward are also welcome. You would be analytical and ideally come from a financial services background.
