Sponsored content on LinkedIn – Targeted LinkedIn adverts are sent to the news feed of a targeted number of individuals based on selected search criteria

Headhunting – Oakleaf Partnership has a full recruitment RPS license, giving access to the full LinkedIn database. Through our social media presence on LinkedIn and Twitter we have proactively built a network of engaged passive HR professionals who actively share our vacancies and follow our news bulletins

Referrals & Networking – Along with the RPS, many of our clients and candidates are happy to give referrals, which always tend to be of exceptional quality and receive a higher hit rate of engagement. We would use a similar method as above to target the right people who are not actively looking but would see this as an outstanding opportunity.

TalentQ – Online personality assessment to all shortlisted candidates (if requested)
