I started my recruitment career as an interim recruitment consultant in the professional services industry in Cape Town, South Africa. I have travelled extensively and continued my love of recruitment in The Netherlands and then back to South Africa where I worked for a global hospitality group as a recruitment manager. My passion for HR developed while working with HR teams and facilitating recruitment workshops for HR professionals. In 2012 I was the founder of a Recruitment and HR boutique agency in Johannesburg. My role focused on executive search, leading RPO projects and recruitment teams.
I have joined Oakleaf to focus on recruiting Reward, HR Analytics and HR Systems Professionals on a permanent basis into the Financial Services Sector. I am excited to join the team at Oakleaf Partnership and start building relationships with both my clients and candidates in this sector.
Outside of work, I enjoy taking long walks, exercise and spending time with my family and friends. We often explore London and visit the many restaurants and markets because of our love for food and culture.
