The market for Reward & Analytics professionals is incredibly competitive. The good news is we have substantial experience of recruiting this type of specialist – Reward, compensation, MI, systems and benefits professionals. We have successfully placed candidates into a wide variety of permanent and interim jobs.
Our expertise spans everyone from analysts and administrators to managers and directors.
We also have our very own professional networking groups in this area, such as Women in Reward, which opens the door to a specialist community of professional women that operate specifically within the Reward & Analytics space. This group is an open forum where we can discuss hot topics in the market, share opinions and knowledge as well as attend both professional networking events and social gatherings.
Women in Reward is designed to help the reward community make lasting and fruitful new contacts/friendships. This group encourages everyone to get involved with discussions and promotes best practise in Reward. We all have had very different experiences which we can all learn from, and therefore everyone can make a valuable contribution. To learn more about the group, please contact Jade Sweeney

Jamie runs our highly successful and market leading Reward & Analytics practice and has overseen its meteoric rise over the last five years
This is the second time that I have worked with Oakleaf to fill a critical role and I felt that you partnered with me in a completely confidential and trustfully manner. Not only did you provide an excellent candidate list, but we worked with pace through a very slick process. The appointment was made within 3 months and I am delighted with the way my new hire has landed here at Virgin Media, impressing my CEO and Executive Committee with both technical and behavioural capabilities. Thank you Jamie for a great addition to my team.
Catherine Lynch - Chief People Officer, Virgin Media
Both Jade and Dom have been really great over the last few weeks, from the point to when I first spoke to them through to when I had to eventually choose between the two roles. I'm left with nothing but positive impressions from Oakleaf (who have now provided me with three job offers in two years).
Tim Le Maire, BP - HRIS Deployment Lead
Jamie recently led the search for a Group Head of Reward for us - this was my first senior appointment in my new role with Domestic & General. Jamie took time to understand the company, my brief and what the role really required in terms of culture and fit. Every candidate that I was presented with had the ability to do the role and in a tight Reward market this really impressed me. I ultimately hired a fantastic Reward professional and he is already making excellent progress. I felt Jamie took time to make sure he got me the right candidate slate, but that he also took care of the candidate experience, which was really important to me. I would recommend Jamie without hesitation and I am delighted with what he has achieved for Domestic & General.
Nick Ulycz - Group HR Director, Domestic & General
Jade provided valuable support to us through our recruitment process - she sent high quality CVs and was proactive and efficient in her dealings with Liberty Global Group. Jade made me feel confident in her ability to close the candidates and to keep them engaged throughout the process, and filled the roles given to her with exceptional individuals.
Nina Cutbush - Recruitment Manager, Liberty Global Group
Although a new supplier to Centrica, Jade and her team look like they are on target to fill 100% of the external roles that we've given them so far.
Jade has been a delight to deal with, she's bright, bubbly and full of enthusiasm. Her subject matter knowledge means that she knows what will work and what won't, especially when it comes to the candidates that she puts forward. Her energy means that she seems to work tirelessly.
Personally, I like the way that Jade is constantly reviewing her position and corralling her colleagues to deliver a joined up solution across multiple areas within Reward. I have no hesitation in recommending both Jade and Oakleaf as highly trusted recruitment partners.
Mark Lawton - Senior Resourcing Business Partner, Centrica
I found Jade's approach very professional and thorough. From the beginning to the end, her communication was concise and clear. I didn't feel confused about anything. Also, I appreciate her customer service when it came to dealing with the new role. For example, keeping me updated in the process even when I never prompted her about its progress, giving me a better idea of what I was expecting in the interview process, facilitating the salary negotiation; and any other queries that I had, I could rely on her to follow up.
Thank you again for the opportunity. It's been a pleasure working with you.
Veeren - Compensation Analyst, Centrica
I first came across Oakleaf, and in particular Jade, last summer when I was looking for work having been made redundant.
Despite my finding a fixed term contract role directly with Macquarie, Jade was always interested in my application at the time and in finding a good role for me.
She remained in contact – at an appropriate level – during my first couple of months and when my contract was extended continued to foster the relationship in a professional manner.
I decided to reach out to Jade in September as I was interested in seeing what the market was like when my original contract would have expired as opposed to June 2017 when my extension was due to end as the market is often more active at this time.
Despite having met with a number of recruitment agencies last year I only reached out to Jade as her professionalism, attention to detail and considered approach to the working relationship had left a lasting impression. She knew her clients, was easy to talk to and was supportive in her feedback. Perhaps, unusually, I had not been active in the job market for a while and Jade’s welcoming persona and encouraging manner certainly assisted in removing some of my concerns when preparing for interviews.
Jade suggested a couple of roles for me when I reached out to her. While discussing both of these roles Jade’s knowledge of the business, the client and how I might or might not fit in were readily apparent.
During the interview process and then through offer stage, Jade remained in contact and managed the necessary administrative points, always keeping me informed as to where the process was at and giving me plenty of opportunity to ask questions and raise concerns.
I would not hesitate to reach out to Jade should I need to look for a new role in the future, nor would I hesitate to reach out to her should I need to recruit to fill a vacancy within my new team.
Should Jade need an external reference to support a performance review / promotion consideration internally I can only convey my very positive views of her approach to how she built the relationship with me and enabled me to feel comfortable and prepared for the interviewers I was meeting. She is an asset to Oakleaf.
Richard Gofton - EMEA Compensation & Benefits, Macquarie Group Limited
Integrity, honesty and capability are just three of the many qualities that Jade embodies. When looking to change career direction, I was impressed with the time Jade gave to understand my background and aspirations, as well as the considered feedback that followed.
Taking into account the needs of both her clients and her candidates, Jade has a remarkable grasp of what is required by each party, and is able to communicate quickly and effectively.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Jade to secure a position, and would not hesitate to unconditionally recommend her.

Kate recently helped to source and negotiate my next career move. Right from the outset, I found her guidance helpful and proactive. Kate continously kept me updated on the progress of my applications, always without prompting. In summary, I would highly recommend Kate to either those recruiting or seeking a new role, due to her professional, combined with personal, approach. A pleasure to work with.
Nicola Elder - Group Benefits Manager, Dixons Carphone
"Kate has proved that she is not only a recruitment consultant but also a confident and very experienced advisor that takes into account the needs and interests of the business, as well as my perspective as the candidate. We spent a lot of time discussing directions in which my career could go and opportunities the financial services sector might be able to offer me. Kate never sent me to an interview for which we weren’t sure I was a good match for. She has a very good understanding of her client’s expectations, always providing accurate and very thorough information to me. She has a very good understanding of her client’s expectations, always providing accurate and very thorough information to the candidate. It helped me to go for each interview with confidence and excitement, knowing that I was a good match for the roles I was offered."
Regina Kostyra - Reward Specialist, Macquarie Bank
Kate is a rare example of a recruitment professional who understands the importance of building and maintaining working relationships with her candidate pool as well as her corporate clients. She is a pleasure to work with and I can highly recommend her to hirers and applicants alike.

I would not hesitate to recommend Kate to anyone who is looking for a true professional business partner in recruitment.
