I graduated from Anglia University with a 2.1 in Business & Finance and undertook my first role within a fast growing IT business. It was here I gained valuable experience working within a dynamic and fast moving environment, standing me in good stead for a career in recruitment. Over the last 12 years I have worked for 2 leading city based recruitment firms with the last 8 years placing HR professionals into the financial services sector. I believe I have built up an excellent reputation both with candidates and clients and focus very much on building long term relationships. I joined Oakleaf in 2012, was promoted to Managing Consultant in 2015 and focus on interim HR recruitment for our financial services and professional services clients.
Out of the office my time is completely taken up by looking after my 6 year old daughter – but wouldn't have it any other way! When I do have a spare evening I love eating out and meeting up with friends.

My experience with Oakleaf has been excellent. I've worked with Zoe Bradley and Sarah Alexander, and both are very professional, caring and diligent in the way they work with me and the company I've been interviewing with. Zoe has been relentless in finding me the right role. I also went to a Future Leaders event on 5th July which was excellent. I met a lot of the Oakleaf team, and everyone was very personable and friendly.
I feel very thankful to have found my way to Oakleaf, I've had one of the best experiences I've had with a recruiter and really enjoyed working with Zoe and her colleague Gareth. I will certainly recommend Oakleaf Partnership to my growing HR network in the UK from now on.

I write this testimonial following my experience as a candidate registered with Oakleaf. I was new to the London recruitment market and was actively seeking a permanent or contract role in Human Resources, preferably within the Financial Services sector. I was introduced to a number of London based agencies including Oakleaf as a boutique HR specialist agency. During my entire association with Oakleaf, I found them to be highly professional, ethical and strongly values based. Unlike their competitors, I found Oakleaf focusing not only on their clients but also on their candidates for without both, an effective placement could not result. In particular, I found Zoe and Michelle to be highly efficient in following up and providing necessary feedback. They too provided a ‘human’ element, so important during what is often a challenging period for candidates when seeking employment opportunities. I would highly recommend Oakleaf services to potential employers and people seeking new career opportunities. Keep up the good work!
