After graduating from King’s College London with a degree in Biomedical Science, I decided that being in a lab for 7-8 hours a day with little human interaction wasn’t for me, so while I thought about the next steps in my career I went into retail (and eventually into visual merchandising). In 2020 I decided to start studying for the AAT accounting qualification because it was an industry that I always had an interest in. This led me to landing my first finance-related role doing credit control, and I haven’t looked back since.
It was an easy decision to join Oakleaf when I was given the opportunity after all the good things I read and heard about the company.
In my spare time, you’ll find me spending time with my huge family, going out for dinner, or reading whenever I’m not studying.
