After graduating with a degree in Psychology from Bournemouth University, I made the move to London and into the recruitment world where I focussed on placing individuals within the Insurance Claims market.
I decided to transition into HR recruitment and joined Oakleaf in the summer of 2014 where I am now settled as part of their successful Reward & Analytics function leading the Financial & Professional Services permanent team. I focus on recruiting senior-level permanent Compensation, Benefits, HR MI and HRIS hires across Investment Banking, Asset Management, Investment Management and Private Equity. It is great to be working at Oakleaf with such knowledgeable consultants and in the largest reward function in the market.
Outside of work I like to keep active and have taken part in numerous 5/10k’s, half marathons and completed the London marathon and two Tough Mudders, raising money for two very deserving charities. I would love to add the Three Peaks challenge to the list next!
