I joined Oakleaf Partnership in January 2017, recruiting initially within the generalist HR market. Having spent 4 years focusing on generalist HR recruitment I made the move internally in 2018 to focus on the mid to senior Interim Reward and Analytics market. I recruit Reward, HR MI and Reporting and HR Systems/Change professionals on an interim basis across Financial and Professional Services as well as Commerce & Industry – within C&I I focus predominantly on Technology, Fintech, Pharma and Retail.
I am very proud of the unique offering that our Reward & Analytics interim team are able to offer to the market, being one of the only two Recruiters in Europe who purely focuses on the mid to senior interim Reward market is something really special and I am able to offer interim specific consulting to our clients acting as true extension of their business. I wanted to join a business that is strong on its values and Oakleaf is definitely that. I am passionate about supporting my clients and building lasting relationships with my candidates – it is what comes naturally to me.
Outside of work, you can usually find me socialising with my friends or at the gym, I am a foodie so it means I am able to enjoy the best of London’s restaurants (without feeling too guilty) and enjoying a glass of wine or a gin or two!
