I graduated from Southampton University in 2003 and following the footsteps of both my parents, who own their own respective recruitment consultancies, I actively pursued a career within the recruitment industry. Fortunately I joined a leading brand to help establish their new HR division and that was the start of my HR recruitment career. Over the last thirteen years I have been fortunate to recruit within HR and witness the HR Profession evolve and develop increasingly into a business critical function. I joined Oakleaf Partnership in 2013 to lead the Reward Practice and became an Associate Partner in 2016. Over the last three years I have specialised in Reward & Analytics recruitment and personally manage assignments at the senior and executive level across all industries. I have developed an extensive network within the reward profession and am genuinely fascinated and passionate about its ever increasing profile. I regularly write market commentary and I am keen to promote the profession where possible.
Outside of work I am an avid London Wasps RFC fan, although attending their home games has become a lot harder since they relocated up north! I am passionate about cooking, having aspirations of applying for Master Chef in the future and I enjoy catching up with friends and family on weekends. Whilst my rugby days are over I still attempt to keep fit and as part of that I completed the London Marathon in 2016 for the charity Child Bereavement UK raising over £5000, which I am really proud of. Any spare time I do get I am run ragged by my two daughters Ella and Holly.
