After graduating from Northumbria University with a degree in Criminology, I gained my first position within recruitment, working for a boutique agency that specialised in Administrative support. I worked across all industries for both permanent and temporary positions and, after several months within this position, I decided to take the next step by joining Oakleaf Partnership.
Here at Oakleaf, I am responsible for recruiting permanent positions within the Professional service industries and am thrilled to have joined such a passionate organisation where I can build on my recruitment experience as well as becoming a specialist in HR.
In my spare time I love to travel and I am currently working my way around all the amazing cities that Europe has to offer, most recently having visited Berlin! When I’m not in London during the weekends I love spending time back at home in Gloucestershire with my siblings.

'Human connection and how vital this is for employees’ wellbeing during the pandemic.'
Georgia Constantine from our Professional Services team shares her commentary following on from a successful virtual roundtable hosted in partnership with Haines Watts this week.
Needle in a haystack springs to mind when I'm looking for my next opportunity.
I'm one candidate of many so how will I get noticed?
Yet with Georgia and the Oakleaf team it feels like a solid partnership. The support is phenonemal. They truly spend time building a relationship with you, returning your calls and emails and even when it's a no from the client it's handled with dignity, respect and openness.
I've been fortunate to have secured a role through the support of the team and I value their honesty, support and guidance. I know they'll keep me in mind for future opportunities as they recognise the value of long term authentic partnership.
