I graduated in 2001 in Bristol with Economics and History, I had a brief stint in financial services, prior to starting my recruitment career in 2004 with a global multi national recruiter. I spent 12.5 years there, initially recruiting focussing on secretarial recruitment before working within accountancy and finance and procurement recruitment. In 2011, I was promoted to Director responsible for all of Hays’ recruitment operations in the South West, becoming at the time their youngest director in the UK.
After Hays I joined a public sector focussed recruitment business to launch their Bristol operation and was swiftly promoted to their board, taking responsibility for all of their out of London operations. Following 4 successful years with them, I am delighted to have joined Oakleaf Partnership, responsible for the growth of our regional business as we look to build on the excellent reputation that we have cultivated so far.
Outside of work I have a young family who keep me very much on my toes, I am a keen follower of Welsh Rugby, as well as for my sins Cardiff City football club. I’ve a growing passion for red wine, as well as scotch whisky, and when time allows you can find me clay pigeon shooting, or going for an early morning jog.
