Franco Colangelo brings over eight years of experience in compliance and legal management to Oakleaf. He has worked across both corporate and legal sectors, leading audit processes, negotiating high-value contracts, and advising on complex regulatory frameworks. His career began with an LLB and later an Honours degree in Cyber Law, providing a strong foundation in both traditional legal systems and emerging digital frameworks. He also ran his own legal consultancy, focusing on aligning commercial strategy with legal integrity and risk management.
Franco is passionate about building long-term, trusted partnerships — whether with clients, colleagues, or stakeholders — and prides himself on translating legal complexity into clear, actionable solutions that support business growth.
Outside of work, he is an avid golfer, dedicated to fitness and high-performance routines, and spends much of his personal time researching AI technologies and how they are reshaping the future of business, law, and global compliance.
