After graduating from Nottingham University with a 1st class degree in Business & Management, I joined Accenture Plc (global Management Consultancy) as a client facing Management Consultant, specialising in delivering global Talent, Learning and HR Change Management projects, working primarily in the financial services industry.
In search of a new challenge, I transitioned in to recruitment where I could utilise my existing HR & industry based skills in another fast paced, consultative and client facing role.
My first recruitment focused role was with Michael Page, managing permanent strategy, change and projects related assignments. Following this, I joined Robert Walters HR recruitment team initially as a Consultant and over the years worked my way up to Senior Consultant and Manager of the permanent HR Practice, supporting client across financial and professional services markets.
I moved to Oakleaf Partnership due to my passion for the HR discipline specifically, as I wanted to join a pure HR organisation with a boutique feel where I could focus on more senior and specialist positions. I now manage recruitment of mid to senior permanent roles within the financial and professional services sectors.
In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with friends and family, travelling and visiting the lovely restaurants and bars that London has to offer.
