After graduating with a degree in Psychology, my recruitment career started in March 2007 for a technology recruitment company, Progressive, part of the Sthree Group. After a successful 2.5 Years, I decided to move back to my roots and family in the Midlands where I joined Computer People (Adecco Group UK) where I stayed for a further 10 years until I joined the Oakleaf Partnership. My most recent position prior to Oakleaf was as Client Relationship Manager at Adecco Group UK – it was my role to look after the clients, smooth over any issues and ensure we weren’t losing any clients to the competition, amongst many other tasks, bids, presentations, rate cards, invoicing issues – it was a very diverse role!
Throughout my recruitment career, the one thing I have always been very passionate about is delivering a great recruitment service for customers and am very excited to build the Payroll business for the Midlands office for Oakleaf.
A little about me- I have been married since 2012 and have two young children, Sophia, 6, and Alexander, 4, who both disappointingly look nothing like me and exactly like their dad 😊 I have also recently moved house into our forever home just before starting Oakleaf, which is just south of Birmingham, and I am currently living in a bit of a building site! Things I love: Singing (badly), Pizza, Gin, dancing (badly)…and my favourite is doing all of these things with the ones that I love 😊
