Having graduated with a sociology degree and obtaining teaching qualifications in Poland I moved to the UK in 2004.
My career in recruitment started in 2007 with a large global recruitment firm. As an administrator, I quickly progressed to a high billing consultant role, and consequently became a manager. I have a wealth of education recruitment experience spanning primary, secondary and leadership appointments. Over the years I have successfully managed teaching and non-teaching roles ranging from junior to leadership roles, permanent and interim as well as contingency and account management. I enjoyed training and developing staff, working collaboratively with my colleagues and sharing industry knowledge with others.
In 2017 I decided to take a sabbatical to focus on my family (I am a mum of two) and find a role which would allow me to have a successful, meaningful career in recruitment and balance my family commitments.
Having been looking for a role that would allow me to keep up with my career while working part-time, without sacrificing years of experience in recruitment, I am extremely excited to join Oakleaf Partnership, a company with customer-centric values, so very close to my heart.
I am passionate about working with the best HR talent whose choice, like mine is to work flexibly while still maintaining a meaningful and successful career.
I recruit part-time HR professionals across industry sectors, on a permanent and interim basis, ranging from junior to senior roles.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends - I love entertaining! I like live music, long walks, and mountain trekking- my favourite so far being the Inca Trail in Peru.
