Following a management career in the Business-to-Business services sector, I was headhunted into the recruitment sector with a leading independent, multi-disciplined consultancy in London. Here I established, developed and managed a successful team recruiting senior level Support professionals before choosing Human Resources as a specialist focus.
With over 10 years HR & OD recruitment experience including over 8 years recruiting specifically for the Third Sector, I have successfully delivered retained searches and contingency recruitment campaigns for a wide range of leading Private, Public and Not-for-Profit organisation and across all of the specialist disciplines of HR and Development. Attracted by Oakleaf’s clear customer ethos and strong values, I joined the Third Sector team as Senior Consultant in 2014 and I was delighted to be asked to Manage the team in 2015. I am passionate about attracting the very best HR talent to work within the Third sector and I am looking forward to building even more successful relationships with clients and candidates seeking a service driven and results focused recruitment specialist.
Outside of work, when I’m not playing dad (and personal chauffeur) to my two kids, I enjoy keeping myself in shape at the gym and through self-defence and I am also a budding cook with passion for a wide range of cuisine. I enjoy visiting far-away destinations and in recent years I seem to have developed an unexpected appetite for swimming with sharks!
