On Tuesday evening Oakleaf Partnership hosted its second module of OP Academy 2019. We were joined by two inspirational Heads of HR from Santander, Michelle Boothroyd and Rebecca Davies who did a fantastic talk on Employer Value Proposition, career development and how to be commercial in the current economic climate.
The Oakleaf Academy was set up in 2015 with the idea to bring together high performing HR professionals with senior HR leaders in a social setting, allowing them to impart their wisdom and career advice. It’s a unique opportunity for people to ask questions and expand their personal network of like-minded, ambitious HR professionals and share knowledge, learning and best practice across the HR industry.
