The global talent pool within Reward is finite and increasingly candidates and clients are looking for consultants with a greater understanding of both the technical aspects of their profession and the Reward market generally. With this in mind we launched Oakleaf Reward to provide a dedicated recruitment service to Reward professionals. Our team is headed by Martyn Wright who has worked both within HR and more specifically in Reward.
