Simon gained a degree in Geography and Geology from Plymouth University in 1999. After graduation, he joined Phee Farrer Jones as a trainee consultant focusing on Sales recruitment. In 2001 he joined Michael Page in Sydney, Australia, where he played a key role in the development of their HR recruitment business. On moving back to London, he joined Frazer Jones as a senior consultant working across all industry sectors. Simon joined Oakleaf Partnership as a Manager in 2006.
