An economics graduate, Richard spent eight years in the Army before joining Michael Page in 1995. Prior to co-founding Oakleaf Partnership he was the London Team Manager for Michael Page Human Resources, one of the founder members of the business in 2000. He is highly experienced in Search, Advertised Selection and Contingency assignments for clients across a variety of industry sectors, including Investment Banking/Financial Services, Professional Services, Telecoms, FMCG, Retail and Media.
