Martyn graduated in Chemistry from Bristol University and joined Michael Page as a graduate trainee. After two years as a finance recruiter, he joined J.P. Morgan to establish a Graduate and MBA recruitment and training programme across Europe. He then worked a number of roles in the HR function as a Generalist, as an HR Project Analyst and as a Compensation Analyst. Prior to co-founding Oakleaf Partnership, he was the London Team Group Manager for Frazer Jones.
