After completing a degree at the University of Birmingham Laura began her career in Project Management before deciding on a career in recruitment in 2003. She helped establish the Manchester office of a niche property recruitment consultancy before moving to their London office and most recently spent 6 months helping to set up their office in Sydney. Laura joined Oakleaf Partnership in 2008 as a Senior Consultant and is focusing on Interim and Contract HR recruitment.
