Clara graduated from Liverpool University in 1997 with a 2:1 in media studies. She worked within the training industry for 7 years managing teams of up to 35 trainers across 4 regions, building the Yorkshire area. She then spent 3 years with Frazer Jones as Specialist HR Recruitment Consultant where she was responsible for all areas of HR recruitment across generalist, learning and development, recruitment and reward across all industries.
