William Guy, Consultant
After spending four years in Aberdeen completing a degree in Psychology, I came back to London and quickly found myself in recruitment. I started my career specialising in the Pharmaceutical industry across Europe. This was initially as a resourcer within an established team but after a period of success I was promoted and tasked with developing a new desk within a niche area. Over the last two years I have gained experience working with a variety of clients and candidates on both a national and international scale.
I joined Oakleaf Partnership in 2011 to be part of the very successful HR recruitment team. I specialise within the Reward & Analytics team, in particular Payroll.
Outside of work I enjoy most sports especially cricket, going to the gym and snowboarding. However my passion is in playing and watching rugby. I am also a keen photographer and traveller.
