Sarah Alexander, Senior Consultant
I graduated from the University of Exeter in 2005 with a degree in Economic & Politic Development and following a month spent travelling in South Africa, relocated to London to join the graduate training scheme at market leading professional services agency Badenoch & Clark. I was assigned to the public sector division and after rotations on finance and IT desks I was appointed to the social care team as a consultant in 2006. I remained in this sector throughout my career at Badenoch & Clark building a successful desk that was always busy in an ever changing market.
In 2011 I left to travel extensively through Asia, Australia, New Zealand & America and on my return joined Oakleaf as a Senior Consultant specialising in mid to senior level HR roles for the Professional Services team. I am excited to be part of a growing consultancy with an already fantastic reputation and extensive network in the market.
Outside of work I am a keen cook, especially of Thai food having picked up a few recipes on my travels. I enjoy swimming to keep fit and am a sometime netball player. Having bought and renovated a run down flat I can claim to have a few DIY skills but I’m definitely no professional!
