Nicola Grimshaw, Chief executive officer
After graduating from Nottingham University, I trained and qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen, working with them for over 12 years in both London, the Czech Republic and Australia. Nearly 15 years ago I decided to move into recruitment –running businesses for Michael Page in both Sydney and the UK. I then spent six years with Digby Morgan, as part of the Director team leading the growth and development of the business. I have a passion for recruitment – knowing that to be successful, you should treat others as you would like to be treated yourself – and I have enjoyed developing strong relationships with clients and candidates over the years.
I am also Non-Exec Director for the British Association of Sports & Exercise Science and a Board Trustee for the Child Bereavement Charity. I love watching sport and am also a regular gym go-er. I manage a couple of half marathons a year. I like to wind down by working on my allotment, cooking the produce at home.. or eating out at great restaurants.
