With almost 20 years of recruiting under the belt, I’ve worked in large corporate consultancies, small boutique agencies and in-house at the University of Leeds, managing candidate attraction, recruitment and selection and employee retention. Having experienced working ‘both sides of the table’ I have a real understanding of the job to be done and of the frustrations that can face candidates, clients and consultants alike in delivering it!
People who know me, know that the Lisa they see out of the office is the same one in work…I always finish what I start, I deliver a quality service above everything else and I’m typically found with a smile on my face and a cake in my hand!
What people probably don’t know is that I’ve been a bit of geek in the past, with credentials including a Post Grad in HR, a Masters in HR Management, Grad CIPD and full SHL/BPS qualifications. On a lighter note, I’ve climbed to the very top of Mount Kilimanjaro and jumped out of a plane at 12000 feet, though I did keep my eyes closed for most of the way down!
