After four years reading American Studies at university in Liverpool and Rhode Island and a brief spell in advertising sales for a newspaper group I moved into finance recruitment.
I spent over 10 years recruiting in the Bristol, Leeds and Cardiff markets with a large multinational and then regional independent business. Over that time I progressed from raw graduate to Manager. I moved to London in August 2011 to take up a fantastic opportunity with Oakleaf. I’m excited to be part of a great team of people in a developing organisation with a superb reputation. I recruit HR professionals into the Financial Services sector and am motivated by using my open approach and focus on excellent customer service to build strong working relationships with clients and candidates.
Away from the office I like to play tennis (fairly averagely) and am looking for a fairly below average team to match my talents. I like to travel, catch up with friends and am looking forward to exploring London’s restaurants and my mildly fanatical support of Liverpool means I always keep a nervous eye out on their results.
