Caroline Naughton, Senior Consultant
After graduating with a degree in History and Politics in 1999, I decided that it was time for a bit more glamour so I moved down to London to work in Buying and Merchandising for a major women's retailer. I spent nearly 4 years working in the crazy world of high street fashion before realizing that my future lay in recruitment! Over the past seven years, I have worked in both large multinational recruitment firms and smaller boutique agencies, including 5 years with a niche HR Recruitment firm, based in the City. I joined Oakleaf in 2009 to help them further consolidate their strong presence within Financial Services and I cover interim, contract and permanent recruitment up to VP level across all the HR disciplines.
I like to keep my social life as busy as my working life! My interests are many and varied but I'm currently trawling my way through my first novel (watch this space!) and when I'm not agonizing over sentence construction, snappy dialogue and plotting, I spend my time running, putting the world to rights with friends and shopping for gorgeous shoes.
