A formal complaint is lodged via the Oakleaf Partnership Ltd website. This email is sent straight to Richard Colgan, CEO, Oakleaf Partnership Ltd.
You will receive a receipt of email within 24 hours.
The complaint will be investigated internally. All involved internal parties will be interviewed by a member of the senior management team.
After a period of not longer than 5 working days you will contacted by Oakleaf Partnership Ltd to discuss the complaint and we will ensure that the matter is resolved. All efforts to avoid such events in the future are implemented across the business.
