Oakleaf Partnership have moved!!

After 8 years of being based in our offices at Liverpool Street - since Richard Colgan, the Founding Managing Partner established the business, Oakleaf Partnership finally outgrew the space and have moved to new offices in Holborn. All at Oakleaf are excited to move. This certainly reflects the continued success and growth of the Firm over the last few years, and is consistent with the clarity of vision and being able to take advantage of the growth opportunities that now present themselves to the business from the market.

In November, Oakleaf sponsored the Personnel Today award for Employee Engagement, which was won by Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering. The choice of award was quite deliberate and based on previous research that suggests raising engagement levels has direct links to improving business performance. In a previous piece of research we looked at ( what we termed at the time) the "Talent Crunch" in HR, the then Chairman of Standard Chartered Bank, Mervyn Davies (Lord Davies of Abersoch), wrote the foreword and was the key note speaker at the launch event.
