Oakleaf's expansion continues to pay dividends as we make our mark in the Reward & Analytics space.
Having built on continued success sourcing Compensation, Benefits and MI professionals for our clients over the last 6 years we branched out and created a niche team with specific focus in April 2010. Increasing our network in this space has allowed us to expand the team to also focus on Pensions and Systems. The increased requirement for top talent in this area of specialism makes it a very candidate driven market which suits Oakleaf's approach perfectly.
