I am delighted to announce that Fiona Desmond has joined Oakleaf as a Partner in the London office, with responsibility for the Commerce & Industry and Professional Services HR Search & Recruitment businesses.

Fiona started her career as a Graduate Management Trainee with Marks & Spencer and progressed through a number of management roles within the firm prior to joining Somerfield as Training Manager.  She moved into Search and Selection in 1994 and since then has worked across the full spectrum of blue-chip clients in the commercial sector.  Fiona spent the last 10 years of her career with Martin Ward Anderson, culminating in her promotion to Executive Director with regional responsibility for 12 offices, as well as London, and some 60 staff.
