Public Sector leadership overhaul

The Public Sector is in desperate need of a leadership overhaul.
Traditional thinking on leadership apparently needs to be given a complete overhaul if the sector is to proactively respond to the expected forthcoming budget cuts. All employees will need to develop their leadership skills in an effort to improve systems and processes that have gone unchallenged for too long. HR in the public sector has already foreseen the problem and hiring from the private sector is already becoming more popular amoung its leaders.
