An exciting opportunity, within an international blue chip business, has arisen for a Learning and Development Specialist with an exposure to Beauty or Fashion

Our client, a highly successful retailer, is looking to expand and improve their beauty offering and as a result, they are looking for additional support within their L&D function to provide specialist learning knowledge within this arena.

Acting as an internal consultant across the business, you will offer a bespoke L&D solution where beauty integrates into the business, particularly Retail and E Commerce. You will also design effective L&D solutions using internal and external methods that aim to improve performance, as well as evaluating and reviewing the ROI and effectiveness of these solutions.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Experience in setting up L&D solutions for a mass audience
• Knowledge and experience of using blended learning techniques
• Extensive L&D design and delivery expertise.
• Psychometric assessment tools.
• Experience / exposure to beauty or fashion
• Excellent internal consulting skills.
• Some experience / exposure to beauty or the fashion industry.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills. 
• Strong theoretical understanding of learning development and how to apply in a pragmatic way to deliver an effective result for the customer.
