Reward Manager

A Front Office division of this top tier investment bank is looking to appoint an ambitions Reward Manager to support the ever growing team.
With strong analytical background, you will:
· Guide HR team colleagues on Reward related issues e.g. market trends and data interpretation, creation of recruitment packages, value buyouts, application of Reward policy, etc
· Contribute pro-actively to the Reward approval process
· Assist in the management of market data
· Support the Annual Pay Review process
A challenging role that supports a distinct business unit, you will be operating with a significant degree of autonomy and demonstrate:
· Extensive technical Reward expertise
· Extreme competence of using Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Word together with experience of HR Systems
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, successfully meeting both operational and strategic deliverables
