HR Transformation Project Manager

A leading international Bank is looking to recruit a HR Transformation Project Manager for a 10 month maternity cover based in London. If successful, you would be required to support the Transformation programme, to work with the PMO team and to capture, consolidate data and presenting data on a monthly bases by liaising with Finance, HR and the Senior Management team. The ideal candidate would have an accounting/budget management experience who has previously worked in a large complex organisation.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

·         Identify all the costs externally and internally of the HR project and also costs related to vendors.

·         Undertake the cost reporting for both vendors and the HR project.

·         Advise the PMO with regards costs and benefits ensuring that all cost and benefits statuses are understood.

·         Providing support to the PMO on an ad hoc basis.

·         Produce the programme wide benefits process working with the existing teams.

·         Produce the work stream benefits tracking  process liaising the work stream lead.

·         Liaise with the financial team and stakeholders ensuring that all systems  are effective.

·         Prepare dashboards for the leadership to understand the benefits deliver status.

·         Track exits working with the HR teams with regards head count data.

·         Consolidate data collected with regards to exits producing forecasts in monthly reports.

·         Create dashboards to ensure leadership understand benefits delivery.

·         Ensure saving reported by global sourcing to the financial planning process are aligned so that any savings can be allocated to HR cost centres as appropriate.

·         Collaborating with the programme team to scope vendor related savings across the programme.

·         Consolidate savings data in monthly reports.

Key skills required:

·         Highly competent user of MS Excel .

·         Previous exposure to accounting and budget management.

·         Experienced with HR Data and Processes.

·         Experience of working in a complex organisation.

·         Previous exposure to analytical and presentational tools and methods.
