SAP HR Business Analyst
A leading financial bank is looking to recruit a HR Business Analyst to support and report on the HR Share Services - London. Based within a SAP environment, the successful candidate will work as part of a team of 5 and will be analysing and forecasting costs, reviewing of key project performance indicators and reporting on HR statistics i.e. headcount, joiners and leavers on a monthly, weekly and ad hoc basic to Senior Management.
SAP HR Business Analyst key duties.
- Gather, track and present project information to senior management.
- Assist in management of the cost base to required targets and to assist with the budget forecasting
- Produce monthly summaries for senior management highlighting key issues
- Assist with requests from Finance/Senior Mgmt for ad hoc analysis/supporting information
- Management and tracking of headcount across all areas, reviewing joiners and leavers and preparation of monthly reports for submission to Group and Senior Management.
SAP HR Business Analyst experience/qualifications required:
- Investment Banking Experience
- ACA/CIMA or equivalent.
- SAP experience is a preference
