Compensation Analyst
A leading bank is currently looking to recruit a Compensation Analyst to cover a 9 month maternity cover, based in the City of London. The compensation specialist will be responsible for all of the analytical and administrative support with the annual compensation review, projects and provide analytical support to enhance the performance and reward management service globally to senior management.
The Compensation Analyst responsibilities:

To provide information on compensation practices to enable senior management to make informed decisions

Assist with the modelling of bonus pools to support the business in setting compensation parameters

Supporting the global review of external compensation practices and levels in the market including the consolidation and analysis of market compensation data

Maintaining accurate records of any LTIP awards and associated values

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external to the firm

Providing guidance to HR generalists globally on compensation policies and practices
Skills required to perform the Compensation Analyst’s role:

Strong organisational skills, good attention to detail and accuracy are essential

Solid experience in reward, preferably within Financial Services
-
Excellent inter-personal skills – to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels (both internally and externally)

Excellent numerical ability
-
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
