Corporate HR & Resourcing Officer £28-33,000 North London

We have an amazing career opportunity within one of the world’s leading retail brands for an experienced HR Officer with a strong recruitment background.

This Head Office role will sit within the Corporate HR team and will have line management responsibility for an HR coordinator.

This position will be divided into 2 main areas of responsibility, heading up all the UK departmental resourcing including recruitment, selection, on-boarding, headcount, budget management and workforce planning. In addition you will also provide generalist business partner support for a number of back office functions.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Strong experience of handling the end to end recruitment process
• Previous experience in a generalist HR role
• Clear evidence of career progression and achievement
• Strong communicator; able to engage and influence at senior level
• Project management experience
• Good academic background
